UNR sets free medical clinics in Silver Springs, Yerington, Reno

UNR is offering free medical clinics for area residents who are uninsured, underinsured or without a Social Security number.
Most of the clinics will take place at the University Health Moana Professional Center, 745 W. Moana Lane in Reno, beginning in late April.
But clinics are also scheduled in Silver Springs, Yerington and Lovelock.
In Silver Springs, the clinic is scheduled from 9-1 p.m., Saturday, June 11 in the Lahontan Medical Complex, 3595 Highway 50, Suite 1.
In Yerington, clinics are set May 1 and June 26 at the South Lyon Physicians Clinic on South Whitacre Street beginning at 9 a.m.
In Lovelock, a 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. clinic is set at the Lovelock Community Church on Dartmouth Avenue on Saturday, May 7, from 9-1 p.m.
General and children’s student clinics at the UNR Moana Professional Center are set for April 26 and May 10 at 6 p.m. and May 28 at 8 a.m.
Women’s health clinics are scheduled at the center on April 19 at 6 p.m. and April 30 and May 14 at 8 a.m.
UNR Medical School officials say that, at this time, they do not have COVID-19 vaccines for patients.
