NOTICE OF HEARING

Sunset Limousine Services, LLC

(“Applicant”), has filed an application

designated as Docket No. 20-01022 with the

Nevada Transportation Authority (“Authority”)

for authority to provide charter limousine

services within Washoe, Storey, Douglas, Lyon,

and Churchill Counties and Carson City on

the one hand and points and places within the

State of Nevada on the other. The Authority

has jurisdiction over this application pursuant

to Nevada Revised Statutes (“NRS”) section

706.151 and Nevada Administrative Code

(“NAC”) section 706.250.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing

on this application will be held as follows:

FRIDAY, AUGUST 19, 2022

10:00 a.m.

Nevada Transportation Authority

3300 West Sahara Avenue, Suite 200

Las Vegas, Nevada 89102

At the hearing, all parties will be afforded an

opportunity to respond and present evidence

and argument on all issues involved.

Applicant is advised that it is responsible

for providing a court reporter at the time

and place listed above for this proceeding.

The transcript of the proceeding (an

original, one condensed and one electronic

copy) should be transmitted to the Authority

within fifteen (15) days of the hearing. The

Authority cannot approve any application

until the transcripts are received.
