APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 92248
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 22nd day of November 2022 Bench Creek Ranch Co., LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.01 c.f.s. and 4.48 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source (Lawrence Lane well) at a point located within Lot 1 Section 7, T19N, R31E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 7 bears S 01 degrees 09 minutes 39 seconds W, a distance of 4,044.3 feet (approx. 1 mile North of Stillwater, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
