NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY

Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 408.533, the State of Nevada

Department of Transportation (Department) hereby gives notice that it

intends to dispose of the following property, subject to final approval of

the Transportation Board of Directors.

Item 1: SUR 09-09 The subject surplus property contains 15,388

square feet or 0.35 acres of undeveloped land. The pie-shaped parcel

of land is located on the north side of North Lompa Lane approximately

175 feet west of Dori Way in Carson City. The parcel is identified by

the Carson City Assessor as Assessor’s Parcel Number 008-161-75

with the address of 1720 Dori Way, Carson City, Nevada 89706. The

Department identifies the surplus property as Surplus Parcel I-580-CC-

005.053XS1.

The Department’s appraisal of fair market value for SUR 09-09 is

$72,000.00, as established by a licensed appraiser.

Item 2: SUR 09-21 The subject surplus property contains 68,778

square feet or 1.58 acres of undeveloped land. The irregular-shaped

parcel of land is located between Hospitality Way and Monk Court in

Carson City. The parcel is identified by the Carson City Assessor as

Assessor’s Parcel Number 002-763-04; however, an address has not

yet been assigned. The Department identifies the surplus property as

Surplus Parcel I-580-CC-007.572 XS1.

The Department’s appraisal of fair market value for SUR 09-21 is

$335,000.00, as established by a licensed appraiser.

Any person from whom the property was originally purchased by the

Department, or their heir or grantee may purchase the property at its

fair market value by direct sale. Any person or entity who believes that

they have the right to directly purchase and who desires to exercise

their right must respond in writing within sixty (60) calendar days from

the last publication of this notice. If no written responses are received,

all rights pursuant to NRS 408.533 (1)(d) shall be extinguished and

the property will be sold by public auction with sealed bids accepted.
