T1 Transportation, Inc. filed a request to

temporarily discontinue passenger transportation

services under CPCN 2016, Sub 4 within the

State of Nevada under Docket 22-12008 for the

period December 9, 2022 through January 27,

2023.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest

in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene

at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions

must conform to the Authority’s regulations and

must be filed on or before December 30, 2022.
