Case No.: 22 PBT 00014 1B

Dept. No.: I

FIRST AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Petitioner, NISCHELLE JORDAN, by and through their attorney of record PATRICK O. KING, Esq., filed with the Court a Verified Petition To Appoint Personal Representative, Issue Letters Of Administration With Full Authority To Administer Estate Pursuant To The Independent Administration Of Estates Act, And For General Administration for the Estate of the above-named Decedent and has vacated the hearing in the matter previously set for hearing on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 8:30 a.m., and the same is now set to be heard on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. in the Probate Court, First Judicial District Court Courthouse, Carson City, NV. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. Further details can be obtained by contacting the undersigned attorney. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
