REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS –

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Nevada Health Centers, a Nevada and 501c3

non-profit corporation, invites the submittal

of responses to this RFQ from qualified firms

interested in providing architectural services in

connection with the planning and completion

of an addition to our existing facility in Carson

City, Nevada. Responses are solicited for

this service in accordance with the terms,

conditions, and instructions set forth in the

RFQ guidelines.

RFQ documents are available from the

Nevada Health Centers via their website at:

www.nvhealthcenters.org/Bids or by sending

an email to: sgiomi@nvhealthcenters.org.

RFQ Questions and clarification of additional

One (1) original and three (3) copies of the

RFQ documents must be received no later

than 3:00 pm on March 14, 2022. Late

submissions will not be considered. Proposals

must be enclosed in a sealed envelope

or package and mailed or delivered to the
