NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KATHI L.

AMRHEIN and RONALD S. AMRHEIN are the

currently acting Trustees of the HELM FAMILY

TRUST dated November 4, 1994, and as

amended February 23, 2018. ROBERT

EDWARD HELM and BEVERLY ANN HELM

were the Grantors and original Trustees of

said Trust. ROBERT EDWARD HELM died on

February 8, 2008, and BEVERLY ANN HELM

died on December 7, 2021. A creditor having

a claim against the trust estate on behalf of

ROBERT EDWARD HELM or BEVERLY ANN

HELM, must submit his or her claim to the

undersigned on behalf of the currently acting

Trustees within ninety (90) days after first

publication of this Notice.
