Delivery of today's Nevada Appeal, The Record-Courier delayed

With chains and snow tires still required as of 4 a.m. Wednesday over Sierra passes, the delivery of the mid-week edition of the Nevada Appeal and The Record Courier is delayed.
The truck took nearly 8 hours to arrive from Tracy, Calif., due to travel difficulties.  We apologize for the delay.
