The Recorder’s Office has heard your requests and now offers Fraud Guard, a simple way to help prevent you from being the victim of property fraud via notification when there is activity on a property with your name on it.
Using the process below, register your name and when a document is recorded with your name on it you will be notified via email. This gives you early warning if property fraud is being committed in your name.
