The Center for Advanced Eye Care had a surprise guest during the Thursday morning staff meeting. On behalf of Nevada U.S. Sen. Jacky Rosen, Molly Lewis stopped by to award Dr. Matti Vazeen and Dr. William Wu certificates of recognition.
Lewis thanked them for their decades of service in Northern Nevada, and she emphasized that the state is especially grateful for their work during the pandemic.
The doctors also received certificates of recognition from Gov. Steve Sisolak’s office. Vazeen and Wu had their hands full with two framed certificates each by the end of the staff meeting.
