NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Churchill County Board of Commissioners will hold a
public hearing on March 16, 2022, at approximately 2:00 PM, to be held in the Commission Chambers, County Administration Building, 155 North Taylor Street, Suite 145, Fallon, Nevada, on the following matter:
A Nuisance Complaint filed by Conrad Lowrey against Ken Garcia, concerning damage to the road easement at 4672 Benson lane, Fallon, Churchill County, Nevada.
If you cannot attend the meeting, written comments may be submitted to the County Clerk’s Office, 155 No. Taylor Street, Suite 110, Fallon, Nevada 89406, before 11:00 AM on March 16, 2022 or via email to: pammoore@churchillcountynv.gov.
