Notice is hereby given that ETHEL MAE HOMER has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Executor, for Issuance of letters of Testamentary and for General Probate Administration as to the estate of ETHEL MAE HOMER deceased, and a hearing has been set for the 29th day of March 2022 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
