NOTICE OF CLOSE OF REGISTRATION
GENERAL ELECTION:
Tuesday, NOVEMBER 8, 2022
Pursuant to NRS 293.560(2) notice is hereby
given of Close of Registration for the 2022
General Election.
October 11, 2022: Standard Registration
Deadline Last day to register, update
registration, or change party affiliation for the
General Election by mail or in person.
October 12 – November 8, 2022: Online
Registration & Updates Voters may register,
update registration or change party affiliation
online at www.registertovote.nv.gov but will
have to appear in person to vote. Nevada
Driver’s License or Identification Card
required.
October 22 – November 4 and November 8,
2022: In Person Registration & Updates
Same day in-person registration, registration
updates, or party affiliation changes at the
polling location during vote center hours.
New registrants must provide a valid Nevada
Driver’s License or Nevada Identification Card.
Proof of residency will be required if current
address is not listed on ID. New registrants will
be required to vote a provisional ballot, which
will be counted after verification that voter did
not cast more than one ballot in the election.
RE-REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY IF
YOU HAVE CHANGES TO YOUR NAME,
ADDRESS OR PARTY AFFILIATION.
Pursuant to NRS 293.557 the County Clerk
shall provide an alphabetical listing of the
names and precincts of all registered voters
in Churchill County to each voter at no charge
upon request.
