AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND

DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF THE

CHURCHILL COUNTY, NEVADA, WATER

REVENUE BOND, SERIES 2022, IN THE

PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $558,000 TO

FINANCE AND REFINANCE A WATER

PROJECT, AS DEFINED IN NRS

244A.056; PROVIDING THE FORMS,

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND SECURITY

FOR THE BOND AND THE SALE TO THE

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA;

PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION AS IF AN

EMERGENCY EXISTS; AND PROVIDING

OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

an adequate number of typewritten copies of

the above-numbered and entitled Ordinance

are available for public examination and

distribution at the office of the County Clerk/

Treasurer of Churchill County, at her office,

155 N. Taylor Street, Suite 110, Fallon,

NV 89406, and that such Ordinance was

proposed and adopted at the regular meeting

of the Board of County Commissioners of

Churchill County, Nevada held on September

1, 2022.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect

form and after the 15th day of September, 2022.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of

Nevada has caused this Ordinance to be

published by title.
