NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed proposals will be received by the

Director of the Nevada Department of Transportation

at 1263 S. Stewart St., Carson City,

NV, until and opened at 2:30 PM on October

6, 2022 for Contract #3956 - to cold mill, place

plantmix bituminous surface with open grade,

lighting improvements, and deceleration lane,

on US 95, from US 50, Williams Avenue, at

Maine Street in Fallon to the cattleguard 0.29

miles South of I-80, Exit 83, Trinity Interchange,

in Churchill County. The Department has established

a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise

participation goal of 7.00% for this contract.
