NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners Scott Vernon Page and Sean Raymond Page, by and through their attorney Natalie J. Reed, Esq. of the Reed Law Offices, PLLC, filed with this Court a Petition for Summary Administration (“Petition”). A hearing on the Petition has been set for the 24th day of October, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in Department I of the Third Judicial District Court. All persons interested in the Estate or in objecting to the Petition are notified to appear at the hearing at said time and place and show cause, if any, why the Petition should not be granted.
The Petition and all of its particulars can be viewed at the Lyon County Clerk’s Office.
