The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is operated in partnership between Nevada Health Centers and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas.
The care mobile offers oral healthcare to children through the age of 21 and is staffed with a dentist, dental assistants, and office assistants. Staff focuses on treatment, education, prevention, advocacy, while offering the same services provided in a brick-and-mortar facility.
The care mobile will visit Carson City on Monday, April 17 from noon to 5 p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday, April 18-19 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at McDonald’s, 3905 S. Carson St.
In addition, services will be available Thursday, April 20 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, April 21 from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Empire Elementary School.
Most dental insurance plans, Medicaid and Nevada Check-up is accepted.
