NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DOMINIC SCURTI is the currently acting Trustee of THE DAVID NORTH TRUST, established on October 19, 2018, by David L. North as Grantor. David L. North died on November 26, 2022. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of David L. North, must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
