NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of THE REX L. AND JEAN M. WORKMAN FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT, dated February 27, 1991 and that the original Grantor/ Trustee, JEAN M. WORKMAN is now deceased. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
