NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Thomas

Scott Benedict and Emmagina Benedict

having been duly appointed and qualified by

the above-entitled Court on the 3rd day of

April, 2023, as co-administrators of the estate

of Michael McCormick Roulette, deceased,

and hereby file their 90-Day Notice to

Creditors.

All creditors having claims against the estate

are required to file the claims with the Clerk

of the Court within ninety (90) days of first

publication date of this notice. All creditors are

required to file the same with proper vouchers

attached, with the Clerk of Court of the First

Judicial District Court, 885 E. Musser Street,

Carson City, NV 89701.

NRS 147.070 requires claims of $250.00 or

more to be supported by affidavit. A copy of

any claim filed is to be mailed to the attorney

for the estate at the above address.
