NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Allvalley, LLC d/b/a Code Blue Towing filed a joint application for the sale and transfer of consent and non-consent tow car authority to Jofam, LLC d/b/a All In Towing under Docket 23- 08006 for services conducted under CPCN 7323.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before September 8, 2023.
