NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

undersigned was appointed and qualified by

the Third Judicial District Court of the State of

Nevada in and for Lyon County on the 7th day

of August, 2023, as Administrator of the Estate

of YVONNE NELSON, deceased.

All creditors having claims against said

estate are required to file the same, with the

proper vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the

Court within 60 days after the first publication

of this Notice.

Pursuant to NRS 147.070 claims for $250 or

more must be supported by affidavit.
