NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the currently acting Trustee of THE JEANNE OLIVIA BARET 2008 TRUST. JEANNE OLIVIA BARET was the Grantor and original Trustee of said Trust. That JEANNE OLIVIA BARET died on November 5, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of JEANNE OLIVIA BARET must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this notice.
