If served by Publication rather than personal service, you have four (4) weeks from the date of the first publication of the Summons to file you ANSWER with the Clerk of the above entitle Court. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Declaratory Relief.
