APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 92335
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 10th day of January 2023 Kennametal Inc. of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.0028 c.f.s. and 2.0 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 Section 1, T20N, R28E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 1 bears N 43 degrees 28 minutes 35 seconds W, a distance of 2,416.29 feet (approx. 11 miles North of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for industrial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
