PEDERSON, ESQ., of WAYNE A. PEDERSON,

P.C., has filed with this Court on the 2nd

day of February, 2023, his PETITION FOR

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND ISSUANCE

OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION,

that the aforesaid Petition for General Administration

and Issuance of Letters of Administration,

will be brought before the above-entitled

Court for hearing on the 7th day of March,

2023, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock, a.m. of said

day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can

be heard, at the courtroom of the above-entitled

Court in the City of Fallon, County of

Churchill, State of Nevada, at which time and

place all persons interested may appear and

show cause, if any they have, why the Petition

should not be confirmed.
