Outside Plant Construction Unit Bid –

Spring Creek, NV

CC Communications is requesting bids for the

performance of Telecommunications Outside

Plant Construction on a per unit basis for work

to be performed in Spring Creek, NV. Further

information, including the Unit Bid package,

may be obtained at www.cccomm.net/public-

notices/ or by contacting Shelly Bunyard

at CC Communications, 899 S. Maine Street,

Fallon, NV 89406, 775-423-7171 ext. 1215.

The Bid package contains Unit Descriptions,

Bid Proposal Form, Bid Notice, and Unit Bid

Pricing Spreadsheet. Bidder should note that

the ability to begin work in Spring Creek, NV,

weather permitting, within two weeks of bid

opening is required.

Bids should be returned in sealed envelope

and marked “Spring Creek, NV Outside Plant

Construction Unit Bid” and either hand delivered

to 899 S. Maine St. Fallon, NV 89406, or

mailed to PO Box 1390 Fallon, NV 89407-

1390. To be considered, completed Bid package

must be received by CC Communications

no later than February 23, 2023 at 5 p.m. Bids

will be opened at 9 a.m. Friday February 24,

2023 in the conference room at 899 S. Maine

Street, Fallon, NV 89406. Thereafter, the

Bid(s) will be analyzed and determination of

the most responsive and responsible bidder

will be made.

CC Communications reserves the right to

reject any and all bids and to waive minor

irregularities in any bid or the bidding process.

No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty

(30) days after the actual date of opening.
