NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WILLIAM
WALTON, has been appointed and qualified
by the Third Judicial District Court of the State
of Nevada, in and for the County of Lyon as
Executor of the Estate of KENNETH FRED
WALTON a.k.a. KENNETH F. WALTON a.k.a.
KENNETH WALTON, Deceased.
All creditors having claims against the estate
are required to file the claims with the Clerk
of the Court within sixty (60) days after the
mailing or the first publication (as the case
may be) of this notice.
NRS 147.070 requires claims for $250.00 or
more be supported by Affidavit. A copy of any
claim filed is to be mailed to the attorney for
the estate.
