Invitation to Bid 

Silver Springs-Stagecoach Hospital District (SSSHD) will be accepting bid proposals for the above referenced project. Sealed bids must be received by no later than (March 6, 2023 at 

12:00pm). Bids received after this date and/or time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender. 

The purpose of this project is to install a modular structure (commercial coach) to the abovementioned project address for use as a medical office. The specifications of the modular office are as follows: 

· 64’ Long x 24’ Wide Modular (minimum square footage) 

· 8’ Ceiling Height 

· Paneled Walls 

· Aluminum or Wood Siding 

· Carpet Floor 

· Gypsum Board Ceiling 

· Private Offices (4 Minimum) 

· (1) Working ADA Compliant Restroom 

· Fluorescent Ceiling Lights 

· Single Phase Electric and Breaker Panel 

· Horizontal Slider Windows 

· (2) Vision Panel Doors with Standard Locks or (2) Steel Doors with Dead Bolt Lock 

· Central Working/Tested HVAC 

· Ramp- Delivery and Installation (ADA Compliant) 

· Stairs and Steps as Necessary (Code Compliant Including Handrails) 

· Block and Leveling, Tiedowns, Grounding Rods 

· All Inspections and Permits Completed for Occupancy (Specific to 

Modular Units) 

· Skirting 

· Mobilization and Trucking 

· Vendor Must Show Pictures of Available Unit(s) Being Proposed at Time of Bid 

· Vendor Must Provide Specifications of Unit(s) Proposed at Time of Bid

Bids must be typed or printed, and the original form signed in ink. 

All bids received by the deadline shall be reviewed by SSSHD. Bids must include all requested work items, conform to the project standards/specifications, and be responsive, accurate, and cost 

reasonable. 

SSSHD will select the vendor to perform the work by March 6th, 2023. 

Work is anticipated to commence on/around May 2023. The site can accommodate staging if necessary but only one shipping/mobilization charge will be authorized. 

SSSHD will pay a deposit to secure unit upon successful bid as negotiated reasonably within 30 days of bid acceptance. 

SSSHD has the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion.
