Charter Services, CPCN 1041, Sub 7, fi led an
application to modify tariff rates under Docket
22-12025. They also fi led for interim approval.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest
in the fi ling may fi le Petitions for Leave to
Intervene at the Authority’s offi ce. Such Petitions
must conform to the Authority’s regulations
and must be fi led on or before January
17, 2023.
