NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Yellow Cab of Reno, Inc. d/b/a Star Taxi,
Deluxe Taxi, and Yellow Cab, CPCN 1014, Sub
2, filed an application to expand their authority to
provide taxicab service within Washoe, Storey,
Carson City, Douglas, Lyon, and Churchill
Counties, Nevada on the one hand and points and
places within the State of Nevada on the other,
under Docket 22-12030. They have requested
interim authority.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in
the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene
at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must
conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be
filed on or before February 9, 2023.
