 NOTICE TO CREDITORS 

AND OTHERS CONCERNED 

Pursuant to NRS 408.387, notice is hereby given that Contract No. 3842, between Road and Highway Builders LLC and the State of Nevada, for construction of a portion of the Highway System on US 95, from Churchill/Lyon County line to 15.59 miles North of Churchill/ Lyon County line, from Lyon/Mineral County line to 2.82 miles North of Lyon/Mineral County line, and from 83.94 miles North of Mineral/ Esmeralda County line to 92.14 miles North, in Churchill, Lyon, and Mineral Counties, was accepted on January 12, 2023. 

All creditors having claims against this contract must file their claims within thirty (30) days after acceptance of said contract. Information relative to the manner of filing claims may be obtained from the Administrative Services Officer, telephone number (775) 888-7070.
