PETITION TO APPOINT EXECUTOR, ISSUE

LETTERS TESTAMENTARY WITH FULL

AUTHORITY TO ADMINISTER ESTATE

PURSUANT TO THE INDEPENDENT

ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT, AND

FOR GENERAL ADMINISTRATION for the

Estate of the above-named Decedent and has

set the matter for hearing on Friday, March

17, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., in the Probate Court,

First Judicial District Court Courthouse, Virginia

City, NV. The petition requests authority

to administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will

avoid the need to obtain court approval for

many actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions,

the personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause

is shown why it should not be. Further details

without further hearing unless an objection is

filed. You do not need to appear unless you
