NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KENNETH LEON HALEN has been duly appointed and qualified by the Third Judicial District Court on the 26th day of June, 2023, as Personal Representative/Administrator of the Estate of Estate of Diane R. Halen aka Diane Renee Halen aka Diane R. Potter aka Diane Renee Potter, Deceased.
All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file a claim, with proper vouchers attached, with the Third Judicial District Court, 911 Harvey Way, Yerington, Nevada 89447, within ninety (90) days after mailing or the first publication of this notice.
The undersigned affirms that the foregoing document does not contain the Social Security number of any person.
