E. Williams and Samuel L. Chapman have

been duly appointed by the above-entitled

Court on June 6, 2023, as Co-Executors of the

Estate of Flora Elzalena Chapman, aka Flora

E, Chapman, aka Flora Chapman, deceased.

All creditors having claims against said Estate

are required to file the same, with proper

vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the Court

within ninety (90) days after the publication of

this notice. NRS 147.070 requires claims for

$250.00 or more to be supported by Affidavit,

copy to be served on the attorney for the

estate.
