NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Nina Hoyer
and Dallin Wayment (the “Petitioners”)
have filed with the Court a Petition for Issuance
of Letters Testamentary and for Summary
Administration of Estate for the Estate of
Linda Faye Hansen, deceased, and have set
the matter for hearing on July 10th,2023, at
11:00 a.m. in Department I of the Third Judicial
District Court, 911 Harvey Way, Yerington,
Nevada 89447. All persons interested in the
Estate are notified to appear and show cause
why the petition should not be granted.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that
the preceding document does not contain the
personal information of any person.
