NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified Successor
Trustee of THE MARSH FAMILY TRUST
established September 1, 1990, William H.
Marsh, the surviving settlor of that trust, died
on May 21, 2023. Any creditor having a claim
against the trust estate or William H. Marsh as
an individual must file his, her or its claim with
the undersigned at the address given below
within 90 days after the first publication of this
notice.
