NOTICE TO CREDITORS 

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the current acting Trustee of THE PINTAR FAMILY 2003 TRUST, created on May 29, 2003 and as amended on December 26, 2013. That RUTH F. PINTAR was the surviving Grantor and Co-Trustee of THE PINTAR FAMILY 2003 TRUST. 

RUTH F. PINTAR, died on May 15, 2023. A creditor having a claim against THE PINTAR FAMILY 2003 TRUST on behalf of RUTH F. PINTAR must submit his or her claim to the undersigned Trustee within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
