Carson City road report for March 27 to April 1, 2023

Road report as of Thursday. The following applies to March 27-April 2 (weather permitting):

Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Caroline Street between Valley Street and Anderson Street will be closed, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

Empire Ranch Road between Clubhouse Way and Morgan Mill Road will be closed to northbound traffic, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for utility work. Follow detour signs.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Anderson Street between Washington Street and Robinson Street will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

Colorado Street between South Carson Street and Saliman Road will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

California Street between Colorado Street and Industrial Park Drive will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

Deer Run Road between Morgan Mill and Antler Drive will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

Winnie Lane between Ash Canyon Road and North Ormsby Boulevard will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

Research Way between College Parkway and Goni Road will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

Brown Street between Reeves Street and Gordon Street will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

Stewart Street between 5th Street and 8th Street will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for utility work.

Stewart Street between Wright Way and South Carson Street will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for utility work.

South Edmonds between Bennet Avenue and Snyder Avenue will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

Jefferson Drive between Goni Road and Madison Drive will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

Dori Street between Sherman Lane and Catherine Circle will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

Local roads west of I-580, north of William Street, south of College Parkway, and east of Roop Street will have lane restrictions, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for sanitary sewer inspections.
