Joint Application under Docket 23-03023 for the

sale and transfer of consent and non-consent

tow car service authority granted under CPCN

7312, to CJM Chase Development, Inc. d/b/a

Salt Flats Towing. The Application may include

tariff modifications.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest

in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene

at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions

must conform to the Authority’s regulations and

must be filed on or before April 24, 2023.
