LEEANN JUSTICE has filed a Petition for a
Waiver of Account, for Approval of Fees and
Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution and
has set the matter for a hearing on the 1st day
of May, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., in Department I of
the First Judicial District Court in Carson City,
Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed
together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval
of total attorney’s fees and costs advanced
