PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, in accordance

with the Notices of Liens Recorded

as Doc #538600, Doc #538598, and Doc#

539463, with the Carson City Recorder’s office,

State of Nevada, filed by Stellar Aviation

of Carson City, LLC, dated March 8, 2023,

and April 28, 2023 the Airplanes as described

below will be sold at public auction to satisfy

the liens claimed:

Aircraft- Piper PA-23-160 Serial No.: 23-1806/

FAA Airplane Registration No.: N4305P

Aircraft- GROB G115C Serial No.: 82061/C1/

FAA Airplane Registration No.: N115FN

Aircraft- Beech A23 Serial No.: M-620/

FAA Airplane Registration No.: N8877M

The lien was claimed to satisfy amounts owed

for storage fees incurred by the aircraft with an

FAA Airplane Registration of N4305P

The lien was claimed to satisfy amounts owed

for storage fees incurred by the aircraft with an

FAA Airplane Registration of N4305P

The lien was claimed to satisfy amounts owed

for storage fees incurred by the aircraft with an

FAA Airplane Registration of N8877M.

The sale will take place on the 1st day of

June, 2023 at the hour of 9:00 am at the

following location:

2640 E. College Parkway

Carson City, NV 89706

The liens may be satisfied prior to the sale

by payment of the following amounts:

Amount originally claimed in Notice of Lien

Aircraft registered as N8877M- $11, 385.00

Stellar Aviation of Carson City, LLC claim entitlement

to payment of any and all additional

storage fees. Late charges, costs or expenses

accrued or incurred after the date of the

Notice, including cost of noting, advertising or

conducting the public auction sale. Bids must

be paid by cash or cashier’s check at the time

of sale.

You may contest the validity of the liens

by filing a notice of opposition to the lien in

the Justices’ Court in whose jurisdiction the

aircrafts are located. The procedures for contesting

the liens are set forth in NRS 108.350

and 108.355.
