Carson City road report for May 8 to 14, 2023

Road Report as of May 4. The following information applies to the period of May 8- May 14:

Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

• Marilyns Way between Colorado Street Kenny Way will be closed, Wednesday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for roadway reconstruction. Resident access only.

• Meadowbrook Lane between Colorado Street and Kenny Way will be closed, Tuesday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

• Woodcrest Lane between Colorado Street and Kenny Way will be closed, Wednesday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

• Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

• S. Carson Street between W. 2nd Street and W. 4th Street will have reduced lanes, Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for roadway construction.

• Research Way between College Parkway and Goni Road will have narrowed lanes, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

• College Parkway between Goni Road and Airport Road will have narrowed lanes, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

• Broadleaf Lane between Northgate Lane and Mina Way will have narrowed lanes, Thursday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

• S. Carson Street between 10th Street and 8th Street will have reduced lanes, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

• Colorado Street between S. Carson Street and Saliman Road will have narrowed lanes, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

• California Street between Colorado Street and Industrial Park Drive will have narrowed lanes, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

• Mountain Street between Bath Street and Telegraph Street will have reduced lanes, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30pm for utility work.

• Mountain Street between Long Street and Fleischmann Way will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for utility work.

• Bath Street between Alpine Street and Mountain Street will have reduced lanes with flaggers, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30pm for utility work.

• Winnie Lane between Ash Canyon Road and N. Ormsby Boulevard will have reduced lanes with flaggers, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

• S. Edmonds between Bennet Avenue and Snyder Avenue will have reduced lanes, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

• Brown Street between Reeves Street and Gordon Street will have reduced lanes, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

• Medical Parkway between Carson Street and Medical Parkway Loop will have reduced lanes, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for road work.
