Notice is hereby given that SAMANTHA WALTERS and JOEY KEOGH have filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Administrator and For Summary Probate Administration and Request for Authority to Sell Real Property as to the estate of STEVEN MICHEL WALTERS deceased, and a hearing has been set for June 6, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
