We are sorry to report that this week’s edition of the Lahontan Valley News is not readily available at locations in Fallon and Churchill County.

During our normal distribution cycle, we dropped papers to one of our reliable carriers at location with no issues prior to this one. Before the carrier arrived to pick up the papers, they went missing.

As we are journalists and do not assume outcomes not based on facts, we can’t say for sure whether or not the copies of this week’s paper were stolen. However, if you have any information on where about 800 copies of the newspaper went, please give us a call. Call Circulation Director Martha Lopez at 775-450-8568 or email mlopez@nevadanewsgroup.com

The unpaid taking of newspapers which would be for sale, constitutes theft.
