APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 92666
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st
day of May 2023 Bench Creek Ranch Co,
LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to
the State Engineer of Nevada for permission
to appropriate 0.021 c.f.s. and 14.94 a.f.a.
of the public waters of the State of Nevada.
Diversion is to be made from an underground
source (Sheep Canyon Corral well) at a point
located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 22,
T19N, R32E, MDB&M or at a point from which
the SE corner of Section 24, T19N, R31E,
MDB&M bears S 81 degrees 47 minutes W, a
distance of 19,920 feet (approx. 17 miles East
of the intersection of US Hwy 50 & SR 116 in
Fallon, NV). Water will be used for stock water
purposes from January 1st to December 31st
of each year.
