MARLENE T. VOGEL LIVING TRUST

Notice is hereby given that the

undersigned, JENNY SJODEN, is the duly

appointed and qualified Trustee of the

MARLENE T. VOGEL LIVING TRUST, dated

December 12, 2016. The Grantor of that

trust, MARLENE T. VOGEL, died on or about

November 10, 2021.

A creditor having a claim against the

Trust Estate must file their claim with the

undersigned at the address given below within

ninety (90) days after the first publication of

this notice.

A creditor having a claim against the

Settlor, MARLENE T. VOGEL, must file their

claim with the undersigned at the address

given below within ninety (90) days after the

first publication of this notice.
