APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93065
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 16th day of October 2023 Snow Livestock LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.01 c.f.s., 7.212 a.f.a. of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 49466, Certificate 12829. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Windmill Well) at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 20, T18N, R27E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 17, T18N, R27E, MDB&M bears N 38 degrees 34 minutes 28 seconds W, a distance of 7,646.0 feet (approx. 12 miles W-SW of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for stock water (361 Cattle) purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 8, T17N, R27E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of Section 32, T18N, R27E, MDB&M bears N 03 degrees 04 minutes 13 seconds W, a distance of 7,277.28 feet. Water was used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
