APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93068
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 16th day of October 2023 Snow Livestock LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.0119 c.f.s., 8.562 a.f.a. (diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source (Red Mountain Well) at a point located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 8, T17N, R27E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of Section 32, T18N, R27E, MDB&M bears N 03 degrees 04 minutes 13 seconds W, a distance of 7,277.28 feet (approx. 13 miles SW of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
